Beginner Level C++. 6 questions

The C++ questions deal with making a program that contains input values. Please use Visual Studio for compatibility. The coding needs to be at a beginner level. In other words, please do not use short cuts. It needs to be spelled out line by line so to speak. Please use “cout”, no “fprint” or anything else. Again, make the coding so a dummy can read it and understand what is happening.
