Primarily considering the attainment of any set organizational goals and objective, the
relevant parties must ensure that they implement the right strategies to pass the underlying pieces
of information effectively from one point to the other. In most cases, the stakeholders require a
constant supply of the necessary information with regards to a given issue of concern (McPhail,
2010). The failure to communicate promptly leads to the realization of confusion from the
stakeholders and the project participants. Therefore, the respective parties engaged in performing
and undertaking the underlying projects must ensure that they implement an effective strategy to
pass their information to the stakeholders. Since a project comprises a series of stages and steps,
the managers must ensure that they feed the stakeholders with the individual progress of their
work and the other crucial pieces of information.
In passing the information about the previously completed project, the respective parties
may opt to use both the formal and also informal strategies. Considering the informal strategies
for passing information to the stakeholders, the project participants will engage with the
stakeholders in discussions or other avenues that foster the creation and maintenance of strong
relationships amongest the diverse parties. In most cases, informal communication happens with
the aim of promoting the overall relationships with the underlying parties such as the project
teams and also the stakeholders. In the end, this communication serves two primary purposes.
One of the primary purposes served by information communication includes building a better
working environment with the stakeholders through strong relationships and also passing the
relevant information about the progress or any other arising issues.
Formal communication serves as the second strategy that the underlying teams will use.
In this case, the project teams will utilize meetings, written documents such as letters and also
emails as opposed to unwritten forms of passing information (Ngai & Singh, 2014). Formal
communication will help the teams to maintain the desired level of authority and also the
required integrity of the information in context. Formal communication happens in a timely
manner which makes it easy for the stakeholders to follow up the underlying progress of the

The primary role of this communication plan focuses on the delivery of the required form
of services through effective communication and engagement with the underlying stakeholders.
The at-risk homeless youth project requires the interaction of the various players in the diverse
areas such as the nurse practitioners and also the possible donors to fund the underlying piece of
work in achieving the set goals (Dragoi, Popa & Blujdea, 2011). Failing to consider the affairs of
these parties may lead to ineffective communication. In the implementation of the plan, the most
probable leadership skills to gain include communication, delegation, responsibility and also
feedback. The plan requires the leaders to acquire various skills that in the end may help them
accomplish the set strategic goals. Delegation helps the leaders to allocate some of the duties to
the other parties. Ultimately, responsibility ensures that a leader acts while observing the
underlying ethical guidelines as per the needs of the plan. Feedback plays a massive part in
ensuring that a leader seeks the opinions of the various stakeholders concerning the project and
