This paper illustrates the progress of my project, the title of my project is
Managing Communication Amon Dispersed Work Forces Within the
The main objective of the report is investigating the managing communication
among dispread work forces within the organization.
Progress Report is a document that illustrates the steps of my project since I chose
the subject. In the other hand my project was divided into introduction, literature
review and conclusion.
Phase No. 1. First step of phase one was choosing my subject of the project and
of course it had to be approved by my project supervisor Dr. Khalid. However,
after getting an approval of my project I started to collect the necessary
information and researches that have been done on this subject. According to the
information that I have collected from Books, Journals and internet which all of
these resources considered as secondary resources I started with the Introduction.
Introduction was about a general explanation of the topic and the objectives of
the report this task toke me 3 days to complete to be more specific I started 26th
of March I started with the introduction and finished it by 28th of March 2018 but
before starting the introduction I had a meeting with my supervisor don 21st of
March to get approval on the selected topic. On 1st of April I conducted a second
meeting of my supervisor to give me a feedback on my report and on what I have
wrote and how should I continue.
Phase No. 2:
On 15th of April I started with the literature review, it was all about gathering the
researches that have been done on this topic form books, journals and internet.
Literature was the longest part of this report, however along with the introduction,
objectives and the references all were submitted to Dr. Khalid on the 3rd week of
May. In addition, after Dr. Khalid looked into the report he recommended citation
of the references had to be in each paragraph of the report to support my
paragraph so that the reader knows where my information came from.
Phase No 3:
Specifically, on 29th of May, 2018 I submitted the report as recommended form
Dr. Khalid for evaluation and after the evaluation a few things were suggested by
Dr. Khalid which was only the formatting of the report therefore, I made all the
In conclusion, all the requirements of the project has been made accordantly and
reviewed by the supervisor and the project were submitted on 10th of June, 2018.
